Meet The Partners

Larry Ganzer, CPA, CFP

As Managing partner of Allegent Group, Larry brings over 35 years of experience working with owners and operators of privately held businesses.  Larry enjoys working one on one with his clients and is able to apply his vast entrepreneurial experience and tax knowledge to helping them run and grow their business.  He specializes in long range planning, structuring transactions to minimize taxes and performs studies used to increase business profitability.  "My clients come to me when they need help.  I try to be their problem solver by giving them practical quality advice that works". 

Larry enjoys hiking and photography but his real passion is golf.  "I'm a bogey golfer but for the amount of rounds of golf I play, I should be competing on the tour!"

James L Cagle, CPA

Jim is an experienced, financial professional with a proven tract record.  His 25 years of experience includes taxation, business management and directing audits, reviews and compilations with an eye towards measuring and improving the health of business.

Jim has particular expertise in real estate, entertainment and photo finishing industries.  In addition, Jim directs the firm's Profit Enhancement Process.  This process offers businesses a systematic approach to improving profitability at all levels of planning, management and operation.

Brad Polak, CPA

Brad has been practicing accounting for over 15 years and has been associated with Allegent Group, LLP and its predecessor firms for over 8 years.  His experience in accounting and business is vast, having worked in both public and private accounting.  By using this experience, Brad is able to provide both individual and business clients with a treasure chest of ideas that will help them succeed.  Providing clients with quality service is his number one priority, as he feels our success is built upon the success of our clients.

Brad lives in the Valencia area with his wife, Andrea and their son, Brandon.  He enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with his family.

Bob Martin, CPA

Bob has over 22 years experience in accounting, including over 15 as a CPA.  He was with Kendall & Associates, An Accountancy Corporation for over 19 years before its recent merger into Allegent Group, LLP.  His experience includes tax preparation and planning for individuals and businesses, as well as audit, review, compilation and agreed upon proceedure services, and implementing accounting software for small businesses and nonprofit organizations.  He is a "Quickbooks Pro Advisor".  Following a term in the Peace Corp, he worked in the accounting department of a high tech manufacturing company before moving to the public accounting arena.

When not working, Bob is often found tweaking one of his home computers, if he's not involved with a "HoneyDO" :).  He is also active with the Baha'i Faith community in Simi Valley and is a Boy Scout dad.
